carries. If there's a special offer, we'll tell you. But what you see is always the real price.

We'd love to say we're perfect, but we're human. If we've sent you the wrong piece, or if there's
a defect that slipped past our eyes - come back to us within 7 working days. We'll make it right.
What we'll need from you:
● Everything as it arrived - unworn, unwashed, tags intact, original packaging
● This applies to genuine defects or mix-ups on our end
The one thing we can't take back:
Custom pieces or fabric cut specially for you from the than. Once it's tailored to your vision or
cut to your measure, it's already yours - body and soul.

We don't offer refunds. But we do offer exchanges or credit notes.
If something isn't right, we'll exchange it for a piece that works better for you. Or we'll give you a
credit note to use when you're ready.
These pieces take months to create - they carry a weaver's time, skill, and tradition. We'd rather
help you find your perfect Banarasiya than simply part ways.
Please note: Customized pieces cannot be returned or exchanged for this same reason - once
a piece is created to your vision, it becomes entirely yours.
